pySED is a Python package for calculating kinetic-energy-weighted phonon spectral energy density (SED) from molecular dynamics trajectories. It can read trajectories from GPUMD and LAMMPS, construct commensurate q-points, plot SED maps, and fit Lorentzian peaks to estimate phonon lifetimes.
