Syntax

file_format = 'gpumd'
Meaning

Selects which trajectory format pySED should read. Use gpumd for GPUMD extended XYZ output and lammps for separate LAMMPS position and velocity files.

Default

gpumd.

Allowed values

gpumd or lammps.
