plot_SED

Syntax

plot_SED = 0
Meaning

Selects whether pySED calculates SED from the trajectory or only plots and fits existing SED output files. Use 0 for a new calculation and 1 for plotting or Lorentzian fitting after the .SED data already exists.

Default

0.

Modes

0 computes SED data from the trajectory. 1 reads existing SED output files and plots or fits them.
